Prophetess Glory Okon has shared a personal testimony of how a dress she had given to someone as a gift was eventually returned after she reportedly had a dream about the garment.
In the testimony, shared under the theme “Wonders of EL-ROI,” the prophetess recounted how she gave a black-and-white gown to a woman, unaware that the recipient had subsequently passed it on to another person she described as her cousin.
According to her account, she had a dream one night in which she saw a child who appeared to be about five years old carrying the dress as though intending to sell it.
She said she immediately commanded the child to return the garment, after which the child turned back.
Upon waking up, Okon said she contacted the woman to whom she had given the dress and asked whether she had handed it over to someone else.
The woman reportedly confirmed that she had given the gown to her cousin. Following the revelation, Okon requested that the dress be returned.
She said the garment was eventually returned to her, describing the experience as a testimony and giving glory to Jesus Christ.
The prophetess used the experience to encourage people to exercise wisdom and caution when giving out their personal belongings, while also sharing a prayer for divine restoration.
In her prayer, she called on God to restore lost blessings, opportunities and testimonies, asking that anything belonging to people that had been unjustly withheld from them be returned.
She also encouraged believers to trust God for restoration and seek His wisdom and direction in their daily lives.
The testimony was shared under the banner of the Wonders of EL-ROI Altar, associated with Prophetess Glory Okon. EL-ROI refers to the biblical name meaning “the God who sees me,” drawn from Genesis 16:13.
Okon concluded by giving all glory to Jesus Christ and praying for divine restoration for those experiencing loss.
